Been using brass fittings in our shop for years and just want to make sure before I order, is this one from Midland Industries, or is it a generic part somebody just slapped a number on?

Midland Industries is the manufacturer on this one. They're a well-regarded name in the industrial fittings space, so you're not getting a no-name knockoff. The part number is 12033, which matches the supplier number directly, so ordering by either gets you the same piece.
