Function-wise, it is a push-to-connect female by push-to-connect female tee adapter with an NPTF male branch. The two 0.375 inch push-to-connect ends accept compatible tubing, and the male NPTF end is the threaded connection.

what kinda tubing does this fitting work with? got some polyurethane line i need to branch off and wanna make sure before i order

Polyurethane tubing is a solid match for this fitting, as long as it runs 90A durometer or softer. It also works with nylon, polyethylene, and PVC tubing, so it covers most of the common flex line types you'd run into out in the field.
