Got a 1/4 BSPP male on one side and need a push to connect on the other, is that what this elbow is set up for?

Built as a 90 degree elbow adapter, it combines a 1/4 BSPP male threaded end with a 1/4 push to connect tube end, so you can turn the line and connect tubing without clamps.

what kind of tubing will this fitting actually work with? got some polyurethane line i need to connect up and not sure if it'll grab right

Polyurethane tubing is a good fit here, as long as it falls within 90A durometer or softer. Beyond that, nylon, polyethylene, and PVC tubing all work with the push-to-connect end on this elbow. The brass body holds up well across those materials without needing extra hardware to seal.
