Got a 3/4 inch NPTF male end on a hose assembly I'm swapping out, will this fitting match up to that?

Yeah, the male end on this fitting is 3/4 inch NPTF, so that lines right up. The female end on the other side is 5/8 inch for the hose connection. As long as your hose matches that -10 dash size, you're in good shape to put this to work.

trying to match up a fitting i pulled off a hose, is this one the -10 crimp style with 3/4 nptf on one end?

The key callouts are right in the ends and dash size. It is an E Series crimp hose fitting in dash size -10, with a 0.75 inch male NPTF end on one side and a 0.625 inch female Line/Hose/Tube end on the other.
