got a DIN tube line running M16 x 1.5 that needs to tie into a 3/8 SAE ORB port at a hard angle, this the right piece for that?

That's what this fitting handles. One end is a male DIN tube connection with M16 x 1.5 thread at S08 size, and the other is a male SAE O-ring boss at 9/16-18 UNF in 3/8 inch size. The 90-degree elbow lets you make that turn without bending or stressing your lines. Both sides are male, so make sure your mating ports are female on each end before ordering.
