what fluids is this fitting rated to work with? got petroleum-based hydraulic oil running through our lines but want to make sure before i order a handful of these

Petroleum-based fluid is squarely in its wheelhouse. This fitting is also compatible with water-based hydraulic fluids, so it covers both common fluid types used in general industrial hydraulic service. Carbon steel construction with Cr3+ zinc and Dura-Kote plating gives it solid protection against the conditions those fluids typically bring along.
