flow rate on this one is 75 litres per minute -- is that enough for running a wheel motor setup, or would it choke out under load?

For a wheel motor application, 75 litres per minute is a solid flow rate and fits right in line with what this motor is built to handle. The wheel configuration is one of the two standard options available on this unit, so you're not working around a limitation there. At 386 newton metres of torque, it's got enough muscle behind it that the flow rate shouldn't be your bottleneck in most wheel drive setups.
