I'm looking to use this Char-Lynn motor on some harvesting equipment. Is it built to hold up to that kind of work?

This Eaton Char-Lynn motor is definitely suited for harvesting equipment, along with swing motor applications, and brush cutters/mowers.

torque rating on this one says 845 newton metres -- that's what i'm seein right? trying to figure out if it'll hold up on a swing motor application before i pull the trigger

845 Nm is correct, and swing motor duty is actually one of the primary applications this unit was built around. The 2000 Series Geroler design handles that kind of rotational demand well, and the cast iron construction holds up under the load cycles you'd expect in that environment. For swing applications, you're in the right ballpark with this one.
