what's the torque output on this motor? trying to figure out if it'll hold up running a brush cutter setup we got

Brush cutters and mowers are actually listed as intended uses for it, so you're in the right ballpark. The cast iron construction also helps it hold up under the kind of continuous load that equipment puts on a drivetrain.
