Running an auger setup on a harvester and need to know what kind of torque this motor puts out before I commit to buying it.
Question by: Stan W on Aug 17, 2025, 10:58 AM
At 333 newton metres of torque, this motor has solid rotational force for demanding agricultural work. Harvesters and auger systems are actually listed applications for it, so that combination of power output and listed use case lines up well for what you're describing.

got a slow-turn auger that needs more grunt than speed. is this Char-Lynn 11.3 rev motor the right kind for that?
Question by: Kirk F on Mar 1, 2026, 3:14 PM
For slower, higher-torque jobs, this one fits the bill since it is a low-speed gerotor/geroler style motor with a 333 newton metre torque rating. It is also called out for agricultural augers, along with harvesters and seeders.
