Will this fitting work to connect a fuel line to a pressure gauge? Both are 1/4 inch.

This adapter is designed to connect 1/4-inch male flare fittings to 1/4-inch male NPT threads, so as long as your fuel line and gauge match those specs, it should work just fine.
