runs about 45 liters a minute through it, but what kind of torque are we actually gonna get out of this thing on the output shaft?
Question by: Dwayne S on Mar 23, 2026, 8:25 PM
At that flow rate, you're looking at 73 newton metres of torque on the output. For most agricultural and light industrial work, that's a solid number. It handles auger drives, seeders, and similar equipment without breaking a sweat. The cast iron housing holds up well under that load, and the extended bearing design keeps things running longer between services than older geroler setups typically would.

got an auger motor that takes a 2 bolt mount and a keyed shaft, is this one set up like that?
Question by: Denise K on Mar 15, 2026, 10:49 AM
It is a 2 bolt mount motor with a single keyed shaft, and the porting is 1/2 NPT.
