What kind of stuff can I run through this fitting, besides gas?

While it's designed for fuel gas systems, this coupling also works in food and beverage applications, as well as general industrial uses. The Buna-N seal offers decent fluid compatibility, but it would be best to check the Eaton fluid compatibility document to ensure it's suitable for your particular fluid.
