does this fitting work at 10,000 PSI or is that just the max rating for the line it belongs to

It's designed for use with Power Team high-pressure hydraulic products at up to 10,000 psi, and it's a 3/8 NPTF (National Pipe Taper Fuel) thread.

It’s a 3/8 NPTF street elbow from SPX Hydraulic Technologies (catalog C1JS18). On pressure, Power Team hydraulic fittings like this are suitable for max working pressures of 10,000 psi unless otherwise noted.
