trying to swap out an old clamp, will this one fit 3/8 tubing or is that measured different?

It is sized for 3/8 inch tubing. The clamp hardware on this model is stainless, with a 316 stainless clamp, an SS Nylock nut, and an SS weld stud for the stud or bolt.
