got 5/16 tubing on a little hydraulic line, is this clamp the right size or am i off a bit

This clamp assembly is made for 5/16 inch tubing. It’s a Hydra-Zorb 100-200 Series support clamp, so it’s intended to secure that tubing size rather than larger pipe sizes.

what temp range does the cushion on this clamp handle? got lines running through a spot that gets pretty hot in the summer and cold as all get out in winter

The cushion is rated from -65°F up to 275°F, so it can handle a pretty wide swing between seasonal extremes. For most industrial and mobile equipment environments, that range covers both the cold startup conditions and the heat buildup you'd see during heavy operation.
