what size pipe thread does this nipple fit on both ends?

Both ends are 1/8 inch NPT, so you're working with one of the smaller standard pipe thread sizes. It'll fit any 1/8 inch female threaded fitting, valve, or port. Just make sure your mating connections are also NPT and not a different thread standard before you wrench it in.
