1.5PE Series Aluminium Gear Pumps, Up To 5 GPM @ 1800 RPM, Up to 4205 PSI, Up to 5000 RPM

Application

 Pumps are stocked with Clockwise rotation. Rotation can be changed by reversing the position of the drive shaft and driven shaft, and rotating the front flange.

Features

 Constructed for high efficiency and long life in severe operating environments. The design includes an advanced bushing and seal configuration which optimizes performance even in high temperature and low viscosity conditions.

Pressure Limit

 Inlet pressure: 7.38 in. Hg to 21.7 PSI. Pump Outlet: Continuous working pressure varies with displacement (See table below). Peak pressure pressures up to 4205 PSI.

Recommended Filtration

 ISO 4406: < 2900 PSI: 20/19/16; > 2900 PSI: 19/18/15

Recommended Fluids

 Minimum Operating fluid viscosity: 66 SUS (with 80% reduction of working pressure and at minimum speed) to 3635 SUS (maximum starting viscosity). Normal operating range: 85 SUS to 297 SUS.

Speed Ratings

 Continuous speed at working pressure varies with displacement (See table below). Intermittent speeds up to 5000 RPM.

Temperature Rating

 With Buna-N seals (standard): 5°F to 185°F. With FPM seals (Viton): -4°F to 230°F.
