Reckon this fitting will hold up okay for general hydraulic work on my farm equipment?

This carbon steel fitting is designed for general purpose low to medium pressure hydraulic lines, so it should work just fine for most farm equipment applications. Just be sure your system isn't subject to high shock loads; if it is, Eaton recommends using H277 or H435 series hoses instead.
