got a bulkhead setup, is this the straight steel adapter with the 14 JIC bulkhead lock nut on it?

Does the 0306-14 use a JIC 37 degree flare fitting, and what tube size does that thread work with?

Male JIC SAE 37 degree flare is correct, and the thread is sized for a 7/8 inch tube OD. The thread itself is 1 3/16-12, and it meets SAE J514 spec. Pretty standard JIC setup for hydraulic line work.
