what all comes in this kit, is it just the cartridge or does it include seals and such?

Packaged as a complete cartridge kit, it includes the components needed to service the 35VMQ-158 vane pump in one go. The BUNA seal material is built into the kit, so you're not hunting down separate seal packs.
