Flow rate on this one shows 13 liters per minute, is that enough for press applications or is this more of a light-duty valve?

For press work, 13 liters per minute is on the lower end, but it fits well within the valve's intended use. Press applications are explicitly listed as a supported use case, so the flow rate was sized with that kind of work in mind. Whether it's enough depends on your specific system demand, but the valve isn't being stretched outside its design envelope when used on press equipment.
