flow rate on this valve is listed at 80 LPM -- that enough for a mid-size press circuit runnin pretty steady cycles?

For a mid-size press running regular duty cycles, 80 litres per minute is a solid working range. The DG4V-3 series is actually listed for press applications specifically, so it's been proven in that kind of environment. At 30 watts solenoid draw, it's not a heavy load on your electrical system either. Just make sure your system demand peaks stay within that 80 LPM ceiling and you should be in good shape.
