Got a press line running some pretty high flow demands. this valve handle up to 700 liters per minute, or is that more of a peak rating?

Seven hundred liters per minute is the rated flow for this valve, so it's built for high-demand hydraulic circuits right out of the box. Press applications are actually one of the listed uses for this unit, so you're in the right ballpark. Whether that's a continuous or peak figure isn't broken out in the specs, but 700 LPM puts it firmly in heavy-duty territory for most industrial press setups.
