flow rate on this one listed as 160 liters per minute -- is that enough for press or die casting work where demand gets pretty high?

For press and die casting applications, 160 liters per minute is a solid flow capacity. Both of those environments are specifically listed as intended uses for this valve, so it was built with that kind of demand in mind. As long as your system is sized to match, you shouldn't run into flow restrictions under normal operating conditions.
