flow rate on this one is listed at 380 liters per minute, that enough to handle a press application without choking down?

For press work, 380 liters per minute is a solid flow capacity. That puts it well above what most mid-range press circuits demand, so you shouldn't run into flow restriction issues under normal operating loads.
