Flow rate on this thing is listed at 80 liters per minute, that enough to keep up in a die casting setup running pretty hard?

For die casting applications, 80 liters per minute is a solid working flow rate and falls right in line with what most standard die casting circuits demand. The valve is specifically called out for die casting and foundry use, so it's built with those kinds of operational loads in mind. As long as your system requirements don't push beyond that 80 LPM ceiling, you're in good shape.
