flow rate on this valve is listed at 350 litres per minute -- that enough for a standard machine tool circuit runnin multiple actuators at once?

For most machine tool setups running multiple actuators, 350 litres per minute is a solid number. That rated flow puts it well above what a lot of single-actuator circuits ever demand, so running several functions simultaneously is well within what this valve was built to handle.
