Flow rate on this one is listed at 80 liters per minute, is that gonna hold up runnin it on a press application, or is that more of a ceiling you don't want to push?

80 liters per minute is the rated flow for this valve, and press applications are specifically listed among the intended uses. So you're not working outside what it's built for. Just make sure your system demand stays within that flow rating and you should be in good shape.
