flow rate on this thing listed as 80 LPM, that enough to run a press circuit without starving the actuator?

For most press applications, 80 liters per minute gives you solid throughput. That flow capacity puts it well within range for mid-sized press circuits, and the three- or four-way directional control means you can route flow to match how your circuit is laid out. As long as your actuator demand stays under that ceiling, you won't be fighting a starved system.
