Flow rate on this one's listed at 120 liters per minute, is that enough to handle a press application without choking out mid-cycle?

For press work, 120 liters per minute is a solid flow capacity and falls well within what this valve is rated to handle. Press applications are actually one of the listed use cases for this unit, so it's not being pushed into territory it wasn't built for. That said, your actual system demand during the cycle is what matters most, and as long as you're staying at or under that flow ceiling, you shouldn't see any restriction issues.
