Will this valve work for a marine hydraulic system, like on a fishing boat?

flow rate on this one is 40 LPM, that enough for press work or die casting setups runnin pretty hard?

For most press and die casting applications, 40 litres per minute is right in the working range. Those environments put real demand on directional control valves, and this one is built with exactly those uses in mind. Just make sure your system is sized to match that flow rate so you're not pushing it beyond what the valve is rated for.
