Flow rate on this thing is listed at 700 liters per minute, that enough to handle heavy die casting cycles without choking out?

For die casting work, 700 liters per minute is a serious capacity. That puts it well above what most mid-range directional valves can push through, so you're not going to hit a ceiling on flow during high-demand casting cycles.
