flow rate on this valve is listed at 80 LPM, that gonna hold up running it on press equipment or is that more of a ceiling you don't wanna push?

80 liters per minute is the rated flow for this valve, and press applications are actually one of the listed uses it's built for. That said, 80 LPM is the stated rating, so running it right at that threshold continuously isn't something you'd want to make a habit of. Keep your system demand reasonably below that figure and you should be in good shape for press work.
