Flow rate on this one is listed at 80 liters per minute, is that enough to run a press or machine tool setup without choking the system?

For most machine tool and press applications, 80 liters per minute is plenty of capacity. These environments typically run well within that range under normal operating conditions, and the valve was specifically built with those applications in mind alongside die casting, marine use, and turbine control. As long as your system demand stays at or below that threshold, you should not run into any flow restriction issues.
