flow rate on this one is listed at 115 liters per minute, that enough to handle press work without bogging down the system?

For press applications, 115 liters per minute is a solid working capacity. Vickers lists press use as one of the intended applications for this valve, so it's built to handle that kind of demand. As long as your system is sized appropriately around that flow rate, you shouldn't run into throughput issues on the press side.
