How much flow can this thing handle without choking it?

This Vickers CG-06 valve is rated for a flow rate up to 227 liters per minute.

Flow rate on this one is listed at 227 litres per minute, that enough for a medium-duty industrial setup or is it pushing the upper end of what this valve's built for?

For medium-to-high flow industrial hydraulic circuits, 227 litres per minute puts this valve right in its wheelhouse. It's not a light-duty unit, and that flow capacity reflects that. If your system runs in that range, you're not asking this valve to do anything outside what it was put together to handle.
