Got a press line running some pretty serious flow demand. this valve handle up to 700 LPM or is that a peak number?

700 litres per minute is the rated flow capacity for this valve, so it's built to handle high-flow press applications without being pushed past its limits. The DG5V-10 series was specifically developed for demanding industrial circuits, and press work is one of the named applications it's suited for. As long as your system is operating within that flow range, you're in the right territory with this one.
