got a press system running heavy cycles all day long, flow demands get up around 650 LPM at peak. this valve gonna keep up with that kind of load without choking out?

At 700 litres per minute rated flow, it has enough headroom to handle 650 LPM without being pushed to its limit. Running a press in continuous-duty conditions is exactly the kind of application this valve was built around, so you're not asking it to do anything outside its intended use.
