Flow rate on this one shows 80 liters per minute, is that enough to handle die casting equipment without the valve bogging down under load?

For die casting applications, 80 liters per minute is well within the working range this valve was built for. Die casting is actually listed as one of its primary intended uses, along with press work and turbine control, so it's not a stretch to run it in that kind of environment. The Buna-N seals hold up under the heat and pressure cycling that comes with foundry-side equipment, which matters a lot when you're pushing fluid through a system that doesn't let up for long stretches.
