got a press line running pretty high flow demands and wondering if this valve can actually keep up, what's the max flow this thing handles?

Seven hundred litres per minute is the rated flow capacity on this valve. For press applications that's a solid ceiling, and press work is actually one of the listed use cases for this model, so it's well within the intended duty.
