flow rate on this one is listed at 700 liters per minute -- that right for a valve this size? trying to figure out if it'll keep up with our press line without bottlenecking anything

Yeah, 700 liters per minute is the rated flow for this valve. For press applications that's well within the intended use case. Vickers lists press equipment as one of the primary applications for this unit, so it was built with that kind of demand in mind. As long as your system is sized to move that volume through the hydraulic connections, you shouldn't have any flow restriction issues on your end.
