Will this handle hydraulic fluid with no problems?

We run a paper machine that's been giving us fits with directional control, does this valve handle that kind of application or is it more of a machine tool part?

Paper machinery is actually one of the named application types for this valve, so you're in good shape there. It handles three- or four-way directional control and is built for heavy industrial use, so it's not limited to lighter-duty machine tool work. Rated to 80 litres per minute, it should hold up well in that kind of environment.
