flow rate on this one is listed at 94 LPM, that enough to run a press circuit without starving the actuators?

For most press applications, 94 litres per minute is a solid working capacity. Press circuits are actually one of the listed application types for this valve, so it fits right in that use case. Whether it's enough depends on your actuator sizing and cycle demands, but the rated flow gives you a real number to stack against your system calculations. If your press circuit is already engineered around that range, you should be in good shape.
