Flow rate on this thing is listed at 700 litres per minute, that enough muscle for press and die casting work runnin simultaneously, or is that the ceiling you'd be pushin up against in heavier duty setups?

This valve is specifically listed for both of those application types, so it's built to handle what those machines throw at it. That said, 700 LPM is the rated flow ceiling, not a continuous floor, so if your system is consistently maxing out right at that threshold across multiple simultaneous circuits, you'd want to account for any pressure drop or heat buildup in your overall system design.
