Flow rate on this one says 40 litres per minute, that enough to handle press and die casting work without bogging down the circuit?

For most press and die casting setups, 40 litres per minute gives you solid working headroom. Those applications tend to run demanding cycles, and this valve was built with exactly that kind of industrial load in mind. The 30-watt power draw is also pretty modest relative to what it handles, so you're not adding a lot of heat burden to the system. As long as your circuit design keeps flow demands within that 40 LPM ceiling, you shouldn't run into any performance issues.
