How hard is this thing to get mounted up? Seems like some of these valves can be a real pain.

flow rate on this valve says 700 liters per minute -- is that enough for heavy press or die casting work, or is that more of a mid-range rating for those setups?

For die casting and press applications, 700 liters per minute is a solid figure. That puts it well into the range needed for high-demand cycles in those environments. Die casting equipment in particular can push hard on directional valves, and this one is built with exactly those conditions in mind alongside primary metal, marine, and turbine control use. If your system runs within that flow ceiling, you're in good shape.
