Got a machine tool setup running standard hydraulic fluid, them Buna-N seals gonna hold up alright for that kind of service?

Buna-N is a solid choice for standard hydraulic fluid service, and that's exactly the seal material on this valve. Machine tool applications running conventional hydraulic oil are well within what Buna-N handles on a regular basis. No compatibility concerns there under normal operating conditions.
