What kind of industries or equipment is this valve actually built for? Got a few different machines it might work on and trying to figure out if it fits the application before I order.

Foundry and die casting use are a natural fit for this valve, but it covers a pretty wide range beyond that. Machine tools, presses, primary metal and paper processing equipment, marine and offshore systems, test rigs, simulation setups, and turbine control applications including wind, steam, and water turbines are all listed applications. If your machines fall into any of those categories, you're in good company with this one.
