flow rate on this valve is listed at 80 liters per minute -- is that enough for press and machine tool work or is it gonna be cutting it close?

For most press and machine tool setups, 80 liters per minute is a solid working flow rate. It sits right in the range where those applications typically operate, so you're not going to find yourself starved for flow under normal conditions. Just make sure your system demand doesn't consistently push up against that ceiling, because running a valve at its upper limit all the time isn't great for longevity on any component.

How about them operating temps and what kinda seals it got? Need something that can handle a decent workload.

This Vickers valve uses Buna-N seals, which are pretty durable for demanding conditions.
